I’m a couple days late but today I’m celebrating the 5th Anniversary of Summerfin, my first ever published doujin, and to celebrate I have redone the cover and illustrations of the original comic, including adding some new content!
For those who don’t know about this work, Summerfin is a small little one-shot about two fishyfolk lovers enjoying the rest of summer together. Alone. On a family-owned private beach. Mako’s finally ready to make love to Akiko but there’s just one big detail they still feel shy about telling her…

Also, some updates:
- I got accepted into a zine! I am keeping it a secret for now, but if you follow me on bsky you may have seen me repost something about it ^_^ I’m already done with 1 of the 2 illustrations, and I should be able to finish it by the deadline. It will be released this year and it will be available for FREE! Keep an eye on my bsky to see updates about it!
- Progress on The Secret Name has been on hiatus for some time because I’ve been working on commissions and a visual novel project with one of my friends. It’s a SFW one, so I’m only showing progress of it on my SFW profile. I have ADHD, so it’s hard for me to retain focus on projects for very long, but I am aiming to publish TSN this year!!! It’s been so long since I’ve published a new doujin lol I want to get back into it!!!
- Slowly but surely, I am working on a line of new adoptables for auction, with the theme “DEADLY DRAGONS”. Two of them are actually redraws of old adoptables that never sold, and I’ve actually posted a sample of one of them on my website- see if you can find it 😉
- As for non-projects, I haven’t been able to post much art lately because of the aforementioned projects but also because I just haven’t really had the motivation to finish any NSFW art lately. I’ve also felt better just sharing my WIPs and sketches among friends only since I have a really hard time trying to ignore numbers on social media. I know I shouldn’t gauge my art’s worth and appeal by the numbers it gains but it’s difficult, and I’m slowly but surely working on that because I love drawing, I love my own art! But it’s kind of discouraging to post in a space that feels like an empty room… ^^; Anyways, things seem to be looking up since I’ve had some good luck recently, so hopefully this means I will be more productive again!
